BACKGROUND
▊Personality; Shannik is an outgoing guy with charisma. He loves to make others laugh and charm women with his faded Old World accent (closely related to a present-day English accent) he learned from his parents. Shannik has always been a flirt, and maybe that's why he has so many friends. His charm has effect on both girls and boys, with his teasing and flirting to showing off and strength, both genders are equally impressed. Having grown up with such loving parents, Shannik has always been intimidated by thought of settling down. He is nervous about choosing a proper mate, one who he could share eternal and reciprocating love between, like his parents had, so instead he likes to explore his options. He is sweet, caring, and likes to make good first impressions. However, Shannik can be possessive, especially of the girls he's dating. Though he isn't a controlling or jealous person, the things that he cares about must always be under his protection, and he has to be certain that these people aren't in harms way. He wouldn't be able to bare a loss of anyone he loves, so he keeps his friends close, and the people he falls in love with closer.

▊History; Shannik was 2 during the Ablix War. His parents kept him safe in their wolf form, finding Rendezvous in an abandoned birthing tunnel. The quarters were close, and they had nothing to eat. Shannik was scared, but the love and affection his parents had for him made him feel safe. After a few months of hiding, Shannik could officially stretch his legs and explore the New World. The bones of small animals they were dining on were scattered around the tunnel which they had been living, and the smell of fresh air lightened the small boy's spirits. His eyes adjusted to the bright sunlight he hadn't seen in so long, and his parents shifted back into human form once more. In the daylight, he could see their towering human figures, and it wasn't long before Officials caught up with them and deported them to the Ablixes. They weren't allowed to live among the humans anymore. Shannik grew up well, with a community of werewolves. It wasn't long until his 18 birthday when he had to go explore the Ablixes on his own and create his own family. That was 2 years ago, and now Shannik has created a cabin of his own where it would be easy to support a small family.
